Today is Aunt Connie's Birthday, I don't have alot of pictures of her, but the couple that I do have( they may be a little blurry) look like she hasn't aged at all. I also found a very old picture of a church group from Dunlap Baptist Church. We all went to Magic Mountain. Can you find Aunt Connie in the back. Also in the picture are Kelli, Josh, and myself next to Kelli in pink. Do you remember this picture Aunt Connie? Love you, Have a great day!!!

Today is Ronnie's 60th birthday! We had a great time at Aunt Carol & Uncle Jack's house. We celebrated PaPa's & Ronnies birthday. There were hamburgers & hotdogs, and the best chili I ever ate. I really need to get that recipe from Aunt carol. we made a deal to get together once a month at least and do a potluck. Well here are a couple of pictures of Ronnie. Love you PaPa & Ronnie, hope you had a great time. Oh yeah, Joey brought them both Rib-eye steak dinners with all the trimmings. I think they did pretty good. BBQ, Rib-eye, gifts and cake!!
We have been playing lots of board games lately. These are Joey's faves. Does anyone remember Electro? It's old, but it still works! I got it from Joey's grandma Emma. We have been playing about 2-3 times a day. Thats right, A DAY! I am about Lifed, Fished and Electroed OUT! I'm kidding, I like them just as much as he does.
We have been very busy these last few weeks with Doctor's and Dentist visits. Joey went in to the Dentist for a check up and cleaning, and the dentist found something in his x-ray. He asked if Joey breathes more through his mouth than his nose. I said yes, due to his allergies. Well the Dentist said to get him to an ear, nose & throat doctor, because he has a blockage in his nasal passage. After seeing the specialist at Kaiser, and having some x-rays again, he was right! Joey needs his Adenoids removed. We have expressed this problem to his doctor for quite some time, and she always said "your son has allergies" He may have, but removing his adenoids will help him breathe better, and he probably won't snore anymore, and will be able to sleep more restfully. Joey & I agree, we are switching our sons doctor. He is scheduled for surgery on September 15th, possibly the 18th of this month, if someone cancels. The specialist said it is about a 15-20 minute surgery, and he should go home the same day, but he has to be put under. I will keep everyone posted. Say lots of prayers.
