My mom has had this dresser since I was a child...It has been around. I had it for a while, then my sister, now me again. My daughter has a new online business, and needs storage...So, here we go again. Carrie wasn't really using it anymore, so I brought over the traveling dresser, did a few minor repairs and painted it black to match the rest of Sarahs' furniture in her room...viola! New dresser/storage for Sarah and all of her supplies. She was so surprised when she got home. I honestly think that old dresser has about 20 different coats of paint underneath.

I had Kaytlyn over today, and she was being pampered you might say. Manicure and a pedicure! I have lots of stuff for nails, and I am not too bad at putting on acrylic nails...So she finally got her nails done by Auntie Kim...She is such a princess!
As I may have posted before...my daughter has an online business. Well, she needs packaging materials right...This is what arrived today that she got totally for free from the postal service. Notice to the right of the picture...you can see the doorknob to my coat closet...This stack of boxes is about as tall as me!
As me and my son were leaving our local Walmart super center today...This is what we see. A man drove right into the fire hydrant. Not surprising to me at all. We had to stick around to watch, as it was very fascinating to my son. The man was having a seizure as we later found out and that is why he lost control of his car...nobody was hurt thank goodness...but it was just another day at Wally World!

My niece Sabrina, who mind you is 14 going on 24, loves to take pictures of herself. She thinks she is a Diva...I guess that is what they call it nowadays. Anyhoo, she is always in the mirror, singing, dancing (some of her moves I do not exactly like for a 14 year old, but what do I know) and yes...taking pictures of herself. I do remember those times myself. I just watch her as she dresses up, puts on make-up and grows up right before my eyes. She is a beautiful young girl, and I love her very much. I do, however, want her to stop all of this growing up stuff...It is making me old:)
