As me and my son were leaving our local Walmart super center today...This is what we see. A man drove right into the fire hydrant. Not surprising to me at all. We had to stick around to watch, as it was very fascinating to my son. The man was having a seizure as we later found out and that is why he lost control of his car...nobody was hurt thank goodness...but it was just another day at Wally World!

My niece Sabrina, who mind you is 14 going on 24, loves to take pictures of herself. She thinks she is a Diva...I guess that is what they call it nowadays. Anyhoo, she is always in the mirror, singing, dancing (some of her moves I do not exactly like for a 14 year old, but what do I know) and yes...taking pictures of herself. I do remember those times myself. I just watch her as she dresses up, puts on make-up and grows up right before my eyes. She is a beautiful young girl, and I love her very much. I do, however, want her to stop all of this growing up stuff...It is making me old:)
This has become an everyday thing in the Florer household. Ever since my son and I watched a game show called "A minute to win it" he has been fascinated with building pyramids. So we have a huge stack of plastic cups in my family room and the sometimes annoying sound of them crashing down and the even more annoying sound of him screaming when they do! He is getting better as he does practice everyday. Soon he will be a pro, and he likes to be timed while doing so. Yep, you guessed...a minute:)
Today marks the 14th year of marriage for me and my hunny bunny! Wow...I can't believe it myself. We have come a long way baby, and that is for sure. It also marks the birthday of my big brother Frank. It has not even been a year since he passed and I miss talking with him so much. I remember him telling me that since we got married on his birthday...I had better never forget it. I told him he had better never forget my anniversary either! Every year we would talk on this day...he would answer and I would say "Happy Birthday" and he would say "Thank you, Happy Anniversary"
My very best friend is a grandmother again, and couldn't be happier! Congrats to the family and welcome baby Jace! I haven't seen him yet, and looking at his sweet face in this photo just makes me want to kiss his face all over! Auntie will be there soon...Love you Jace!
